We don’t gather much personal data, but this little page gives you an idea of what information is stored and how.  We love cookies, but only the edible type.  We do not use cookies on our website to gather information about you.

Newsletter
When you sign up to our newsletter your email address is stored in our online mail list on a secure server (we use MailChimp).  We access our online list using a username and password, which is encrypted.  We do not give your details out to anyone else and your email address will only be used for our newsletter.  You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link at the bottom of each newsletter we send.

Online Shop
When you create a user profile (username and password) to order products through our online shop, you submit your email address, name, address and telephone number.  This is the information we need so that we can process your order and send it to the correct place.  This user information is stored in the backend of our website, which we keep up-to-date in terms of software and security plugins.  You set your password to log into your account – it is a good idea to make sure it is a strong one, made up of lowercase and capital letters and numbers for example.  If in the future you decide you no longer want to buy our products online and would like your user profile deleted please email us at the time and we will delete your account for you. We do not store or see any of your payment information – this is all done securely via PayPal once you click through to confirm your order.  When we process your order we use DPD or FedEx as our courier.

If you have any questions of concerns please send us an email.
