Angela is part of the fourth generation of our family and whilst her main role is not in production, many of the new cakes you see out and about are first developed in our kitchen by Angela and her brother-in-law, Tristan, who are responsible for coming up with new cake ideas almost every month.
This shot was taken in our shop on Hill Road in Clevedon, with passers-by peering through the window, wondering what we were up to. We think it’s quite a nice one for the album, so thought we’d share it.
