One of our longest standing award-winning recipes. Packed full of flavour, the dough is made from locally milled wholemeal flour and enriched with poppy, sesame and sunflower seeds. The dough is rolled in more seeds before baking, which roast in the deck ovens to give a wonderful nutty taste. There are 4 loaves in a box and these will freeze for up to 6 months. The loaves are 400g.
