By ordering through our online shop you agree to the following delivery terms and conditions.

Cakes for Coffee Shops

Orders placed before 11am will be sent out on a next working day service, as long as all the items ordered are in stock.  If any of the cakes ordered are not in stock we will contact you and arrange to send a replacement cake as a substitute, plus provide a discount code for your next order as an apology.  We do not deliver on weekends, so any orders placed before 11am on a Friday will be sent to arrive on Monday.  Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be sent out on the Monday to arrive on Tuesday.  We use DPD and FedEx as our couriers, so you will be able to track your parcel.

Gluten Free Bread

Bread orders are delivered on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Orders need to be placed by 1pm on Monday for delivery on Wednesday and by 1pm on Wednesday for delivery on Friday.  Any orders placed after 1pm on Monday will not be delivered until the Friday.  Similarly, any orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.  Please get in touch before ordering if you think you may have missed the deadline and we will see what we can do.

General Delivery Info

We can only accept orders through our online shop from customers providing a shipping address in mainland England, Wales and the lowlands of Scotland.  Orders are shipped on a standard service and delivery will be made any time between 9am – 5.30pm.  When ordering, it is really important to provide instructions on a safe place to leave the parcel if you are not going to be in.  We cannot unfortunately accept responsibility for parcels that go missing or are damaged once they have been delivered to the address provided if no delivery instruction was given when ordering.

Delivery to Ireland, The Highlands in Scotland and the Isle of Wight are not possible unfortunately.

Please note, we do not deliver on weekends or over bank holidays.  Orders are shipped using DPD and FedEx.

Cancellation of orders (excluding bread) can be made up until 11am the day before delivery.  Unfortunately we cannot accept changes to Gluten Free bread orders after the 1pm deadline, as the loaves are made to order and if cancelled would therefore be wasted.  Any cancelation of bread made after the 1pm deadline on the two order cut-off days will therefore not be refunded.  Cancellations need to be made via email to info@pullinsbakery.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch within 7 days of receipt.
