A mixed box of our gluten free products, the perfect way to try the whole range and great as a coeliac gift. Included are a White Loaf, a Superseed, two Pastry Mixes (one Sweet, one Savoury), two Fabjacks, two Trillionaire, two Brown Owl (the mother of all brownies) and two Balboa (Rocky Road).
The white loaf is 170mm x 110mm x 120mm high and weighs 400g. There are 4 loaves to a box. The Superseed measures 160mm x 90mm x 120mm high and weighs 370g.
Each cake bar is approximately 62mm square and 20mm high, though they do vary slightly due to being handmade.
The weight of each pastry mix is 245g and once mixed with the other ingredients needed will make 470g of pastry.
White Loaf – Ingredients: Maize starch, rice flour, SOYA protein concentrate, thickeners: Xanthan Gum, E464; sugar, psyllium, salt, dextrose, sugar beet syrup, ground roasted lentils, yeast extract, Lactic Acid, grape concentrate, acidity regulator: Acetic Acid; Potato Flour, Tapioca, Buckwheat, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Yeast, Salt.
Superseed – Ingredients: Maize starch, linseed, SOYA protein concentrate, thickeners: Xanthan Gum, E464, Guar Gum; rice flour, sugar, psyllium, dried sourdough (rice flour, starter culture), inulin, dextrose, caramel, ground roasted lentils, yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, acidity regulator: Sodium Acetate, linseed (1.1%), sunflower seeds (1.1%), pumpkin seeds (1.1%), water, rapeseed oil, yeast, salt.
