Two slow-fermented mini French sticks – rolled by hand with each fold hiding layers of local mature Cheddar cheese and marinated olives from the Real Olive Company in Bristol. Try warming them in the oven to enjoy with a glass of wine or with a fresh summer salad in the garden. These are best eaten on the day of making, so if you don’t manage both or you order for national delivery via DPD and therefore receive them the day after baking, please refresh them in the oven for the best eating experience. They will freeze perfectly though.
