We are on the hunt for a bakery assistant to join the busy team at our gluten free bakery (based in Farrington Gurney – BS39 6UB).
As a member of a small team, you would be involved in all aspects of production – from baking and topping traybakes to moulding and packing bread. Previous experience working in a food environment would be ideal, however full training will be provided.

We are looking for an experienced baker to join our small, friendly night-shift team at our bakery in Yatton. Here we make all our artisan bread, from award-winning sourdoughs to our more traditional loaves, such as Farmhouse and Bloomers.
You should have experience in a similar role and ideally will be familiar with mixing, shaping and using deck ovens. These are night shift positions and the hours on offer are 10pm until 7am, 5 nights a week – including Sunday night.
As part of a small team you will need to be able to work independently and efficiently, in order to help get the products ready on time to be delivered to our shops and local customers. Training for all the products will be provided, so a passion and and a willingness to learn are key for this role. A knowledge of baking is necessary but we are also happy to hear from bakers with only a little experience, ready for the next step in their baking career.
