Orange & Ginger Fruit Cake


A vegan sponge made with orange zest, whole cranberries, vine fruits soaked in Earl Grey tea and crystallised ginger. Topped with an orange syrup and pieces of caramelised julienne orange. There are 6 full slices to each loaf plus a crust. We’ve marked out each slice and cut through the tricky topping for you. Delivered with 5 days shelf life. Use within 5 days from opening the packaging.

    The cake measures 140mm x 95mm x 80mm high. We have pre-marked the cake to help with slicing.
